We've been watching the gas prices around the Midwest plummet over the past couple of months with much joy and jubilation. Even with two fuel efficient vehicles, the relief on the gas budget has been noticeable. But the big question on the back of our mind was whether or not it would hit below the $2 mark. Earlier this week it did just that. Hooray! Across the state line in Missouri where they don't have as high of a gas tax, it's even lower! So how does one celebrate low gas prices?
