Lowering the Ears
Our family has always been blessed to have Paige wear so many hats ... her chef hat, her gardening hat, her sewing hat, and even her mechanic and handyman hat. But one that we take for granted from time to time is her barber hat. Ty has never known another barber in his life and Cody's had his hair cut by Paige for the last 14 years with the same Wahl clippers. The only family rule is that you have to sweep up your own hair. Odd? Yes. But it's a small price to pay for a good ol' fashion hair cut. As for Paige ... she makes sporadic trips to the local community college for a trim and highlights (can you see her new highlights?).

Not odd. That's the rule at our house too. (Good rule!) And I like the highlights. I'll have to find out where she goes.
Johnson County Community College Beauty School Salon. Takes twice as long, but worth the savings... Highlights and haircut for $35! = )
